Therapeutic Supervision

Supervision is more than a requirement—it’s a space for reflection, growth, and becoming more fully yourself as a therapist.

At Empowering Hope we are proud to offer AAMFT Approved Supervision from a person-centered, “self-of-the-therapist” lens. That means we won’t just talk about what you do in session—we’ll explore how you show up, what gets activated, and how to grow your clinical voice with confidence and clarity.

Rachel Berglund currently offers this supervision, and she an AAMFT Approved Supervisor(259576). If you’re looking for supervision that balances practical skill-building with thoughtful, reflective space—you’re in the right place.

Rachel also has a passion for supporting therapists with burnout and imposter syndrome. Graduate school teaches us a lot, but doesn’t always fully prepare us for what real therapy looks like when you are at an agency, group practice, or even on the journey to start your own practice!

She can help you navigate the feelings, and insecurities, that come with all of these changes and transitions in a supportive environment.

Here’s what she can offer:

Individual Supervision – $110/hour

One-on-one time to dive deep into your clinical work, professional identity, and challenges. Perfect for newer therapists wanting direct support, or for therapists just wanting more personalized support.

Group Supervision (Two Options – All groups require 3 participants to launch)

Group 1: Skills + Support – $35 per meeting
Designed for those newer to the field, this group combines practical skills-building with collaborative consultation. We’ll work on everything from case conceptualization to processing stressors that come with being a therapist to how to write a progress note that doesn’t take 30 minutes.

Group 2: Consultation-Focused – $25 per meeting
A more peer-based space for therapists who are a little further along and looking primarily for case consultation, insight, and community. Because surprisingly sometimes being a therapist can feel pretty isolating!
