Therapeutic Supervision

Supporting emerging therapists in discovering their styles, approaches…and maybe how to handle burnout or imposter syndrome.

Individual Supervision

Therapy supervision supporting growth, confidence, and professional development Clinical supervision for therapists building strong foundations for practice Professional growth and therapist supervision in Fort Collins, Colorado

Supervision is more than a requirement. It’s a space for you to reflection, growth, and becoming more fully yourself as a therapist.

At Empowering Hope we are proud to offer AAMFT Approved Supervision from a person-centered, “self-of-the-therapist” lens. That means you won’t just talk about what you do in session you will explore how you show up, what gets activated, and how to grow your clinical voice with confidence and clarity.

Rachel is currently offers this supervision as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor(259576). Her focus is on client consult, skill development, imposer syndrome, and preventing burnout. Graduate school teaches you a lot, but doesn’t always fully prepare us for what real therapy looks like when you are at an agency, group practice, or even on the journey to start your own practice!

She can help you navigate the feelings, and insecurities, that come with all of these changes and transitions in a supportive environment.

Please note that this would be considered outside supervision, meaning that Rachel would not have access to any notes or HIPPA related information, meaning that she would not be doing billing or claims for your clients. For Rachel to have more access it would be a discussion between you, your employer, and Rachel as to how supervision would be conducted. However, she would be able to sign off on licensure hours.

Supervision Cost:

$110/ hour

Group Supervision

**Currently no groups are running**

At Empowering Hope we know that we learn so much from our supervisors, but we can also learn a lot from our peers! That is where group supervsion can come in. It will support you in creating connections, hearing others perspectives, and learning more about how you, and fellow supervisees are building and growing.

We currently have two options for group supervision. Both require at least 3 supervisees to begin.

Group 1: Skills + Support – $40 per meeting
Designed for those newer to the field, this group combines practical skills-building with collaborative consultation. Focuses could be; case conceptualization, consultation, learning theories. therapist development, processing burnout, and admin support.

Group 2: Consultation-Focused – $30 per meeting
A more peer-based space for therapists who are a little further along and looking primarily for case consultation, insight, and community. Because surprisingly sometimes being a therapist can feel pretty isolating!

Please note that this would be considered outside supervision, meaning that Rachel would not have access to any notes or HIPPA related information, meaning that she would not be doing billing or claims for your clients.
