Relationship Transitions

Relationships with friends, family, and co-workers can change quickly, and sometimes we don’t know what to do. It doesn’t feel like you can ask those involved, and Google doesn’t have the answers.

Counseling can be the answer to help you determine what is going on, next steps, and how to communicate your needs in the relationship to have a better, stronger relationship.

Our dedicated therapists will support you through these transitions, whether it is a break up, conflict at work, or family conflict. Rachel, Kady, and Jessica will support you with a listening ear and honest feedback. Finding appropriate communication and ways to emotionally regulate to best handle these situations.

Self Growth/Development

Sometimes life throws us curve balls and no amount of venting to friends, reading self help books, or doom scrolling will help. We want to help you find the answers to how you want to grow, change, and adapt to changes in life.

Therapy will give you a personalized, structure space to explore, set goals, and have someone there who isn’t judging you on the pace or direction you choose.

Our dedicated therapists will support you through these growing pains, whether it is discovering boundaries, changing values, or learning to breakaway from family ingrained thought processes. Rachel, Kady, and Jessica will support you with a listening ear and honest feedback. Finding your path to growth and personal development.

We have been told from a young age that we should know what we want to do as soon as we are 18. That isn’t the case with most of us though! Our brains aren’t even fully developed until 25!

Therapy will give you the space to explore, be curious, and build a deeper understanding of what you want out of life, your career, and the goals/values that will get you there.

Our dedicated therapists will support you through these discoveries, whether it is starting at square one, deciding what a career means to you, choosing between your current options, or reevaluating after a midlife crisis. Rachel, Kady, and Jessica will support you with a listening ear and honest feedback.
