General Anxiety

Living with anxiety is exhausting. Constant worry, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed…sound familiar? These symptoms can impact your relationships, work, sleep, and overall quality of life.

At Empowering Hope, we understand that anxiety is more than just stress, it affects every part of us.

Our approach to anxiety therapy is rooted in compassionate, person-centered care. We believe that you are more than your symptoms, and that meaningful change begins by understanding your unique experiences, values, and strengths.

Rather than focusing solely on reducing anxiety symptoms, one of our therapists will work collaboratively with you to help you recognize, and build upon, the resilience and abilities you already possess.

Rachel focuses on a person centered approach, meeting you where you are at and building from there. Kady focuses on this, and builds on your relationship with your body and how that impacts your anxiety symptoms. Jessica continues on this somatic approach by bring parts work, or IFS, in to help you understand how you and your anxiety are fighting against each other.

Relationship Anxiety

Relationships are hard, let alone when we do not know how to handle them. Sometimes our parents, school, or environment doesn’t prepare us for how relationships actually are when trying to build adult friendships, relationship, or family relationships.

We want to help you break that cycle, and teach you how to heal from negative relationships to build stronger, healthier relationship moving forward.

Our approach to relationship anxiety therapy is rooted in compassionate, person-centered care. You are able to change, and this will support your ability to have increased communication, understanding, and regulation skills in relationships.

While each of our therapists have a similar approach, they all have their own niche to helping with relationship anxiety.

Rachel focuses on helping you build confidence in your personal needs and wants in a relationship to support clear communication. Kady focuses on building a sense of self and setting boundaries through self awareness. Jessica explored how you react to personal boundaries and builds on concepts around self love and speaking up for yourself.
