Supervision/Consulting Offerings

Providing therapy isn’t just about being present with clients. For a lot of us it is about becoming our own boss or stepping out of agency/community mental health work. When we start making that transition it can feel like we are on our own when doing this. What do we do? Who do we talk to? How does anything even work?!

It doesn’t have to be like this though! Rachel stepped out on her own almost 5 years ago now, got credentialed with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare. TWICE! Once as an individual and once as a group practice.

Throughout this whole time she was doing her own billing, claims, and communication with all of these companies/insurances. No billing company, no credentialing fees. Just time and effort to build the most self sustaining practice that she can!

This doesn’t mean she knows everything, but it does mean she can help you get started. And have a supportive face along the way to guide and cheer you on.

Here’s what she can offer:

  • Basic billing support (most familiar with Simple Practice, and Sessions Health)

  • Credentialing Support

  • Business Building & Creation Support (check out her step-by-step guide for more support)

  • Employee Consultation

  • Marketing/Networking Support

  • And of course processing time as needed

Supervision/Consultation - $90/hour

Please note that Rachel can only support with general knowledge, if you need more than she can offer she will refer you to a billing specialist, lawyer, or the most appropriate referral. Rachel does have a lawyer, CPA, and billing specialist that she does consult with and is happy to ask questions. Please note this would be an additional fee.
