Individual Therapy

Therapy is a place to lay things down for a minute—and take a breath without feeling judged, rushed, or like you have to explain everything perfectly.

We work with children(8+ generally), teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, big life transitions, relationship stress, body image concerns, and everything in between. Whether you’re deep in the messy middle or just starting to feel something’s off, therapy is a space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening, and figure out what you actually need.

Some of the things we often support clients with include:

Anxiety and overthinking (aka the “what-if” spiral)

Depression

Self Care and Self Compassion work(how do we be kind and stand up for ourselves?)

Life transitions: new jobs, moves, breakups, college, grief, identity shifts

Body image, eating struggles, and learning how to feel safe in your body

Relationship and family dynamics—especially when boundaries feel blurry or communication feels difficult

Feeling stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or “not yourself” and not knowing why

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our approach blends process-based and relationship-centered models like Narrative Therapy, DBT, and attachment work. It’s less about being “fixed” and more about getting curious, building insight, and finding ways to feel more like you again.

Why this kind of therapy works:
Because you’re not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Real healing happens when you feel safe enough to be fully human in the room. Process-based, relational therapy helps you connect the dots, make meaning, and move forward in a way that actually sticks—not just temporarily, but in a way that shapes your whole relationship with yourself. As well as can give you the space to be open to change compared to move structural approaches that can focus on skills first approach.

No one is asking you to have the answers when you walk in our doors. No one is asking you to have it all figured out in 6 sessions. We will take this journey with you, however long it takes.
